Training and Development

Training our team members is one of the most critical components of our organisational ethos. Your training begins the first day you walk through the door, and continues throughout your time with us. All our team members are trained on general care practices, while more than 2500 are trained on specialist care services like Advanced Dementia Care and Mental Health Care. European Care Group has also been awarded Investor in People (IIP) award for the year 2010.
